intestazione olivella b
The geographical position of Ciociaria together with the peculiarities of its microclimate and the historical events has preserved to our times some ancient vines. The Olivella, is one of these local red grape varieties that we reproduced from the original native vine. Its name comes of the shape of its grapes, similar to olives. This cultural investment has allowed us to present for the first time in 2008 an authentic rarity: a ruby red wine with various smells that deserves a rediscovery. This dry red wine can be easily matched with all the plates and especially with meat, fried dishes and soups.
