intestazione collebianco b
ORGANIC WINE
The name Passerina derives from the small birds who love to eat the grapes because of their sweetness and it can be found only in the center of Italy. Colle Bianco is obtained with a soft pressing and cryomaceration to have a wine rich of floral aromas. It is savory and fresh, good body, with an excellent balance between sweet and sour notes. After tasting it leaves the mouth absolutely clean. This wine traditionally accompanies all the plates of Italian cuisine and it is perfect as an appetizer before dinner or with fish and rice.
